Luna Villa in Costa Rica: a Jewel of Luxury in Black Beauty Village, Ostional

Luna Villa in Costa Rica a Jewel of Luxury in Black Beauty Village Ostional 03

This gorgeous Luna Villa in Black Beauty Village is one of several vacation homes located in Ostional, which is well-known for its National Wildlife Refuge in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Comprising some 4,618 square feet of living space, this villa developed by Kalia, has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, terrific views of the Pacific Ocean, and a lush mountainous setting. As the site elaborates: “Situated on slightly sloped terrain, Luna discreetly blends with its surroundings.” Indeed, an aerial view reveals exactly that: a streamlined home with rooftop terraces that make it look like a mere extension of its landscape. But that’s only the beginning; as Kalia goes on to say, “Every window, door, and room has abundant forest and ocean views”…and then you get indoors!

Past the entry courtyard with terraces, ponds, and waterfalls, you step into a spacious entertaining area with professional-style kitchen, dining, and living rooms combined. It segues into outdoor spaces with casual furnishings whose colors mimic those of jungle, sea, and sky (note particularly the use of subtle blue-grays and bright spring green). A series of steps and landings takes you to a luxurious master suite and open-air guest rooms with lavish en suite bathrooms; colors here, too, present the area as if one continual “treehouse” space in the jungle! With such extra-pampering features as super-plush towels and bedding and pools (large and small), it’s no wonder these villas are popular vacation destinations year ‘round; you’ll be glad you explored Luna Villa, a jewel in the midst of the Costa Rican forest.
